Understand EDI and what it really means for your agency.

It all starts with our Discovery and Assessment phase where we spend time getting to know your business, people and processes. We use HR information (if you have it!), our unique Cultural Assessment Tool or questionnaires and facilitated group sessions, depending on your size, to understand and measure the current picture for you.

We then create a detailed report about your company measured against our EDI Improvement Framework along with areas for consideration and action. Those might include:

- practical process improvements
- corrective actions
- individual or group training

it is totally dependent on your organisations’ needs.

Pricing
Costs vary depending on size of organisation:

Up to 9 employees £1,375
10-24 employees is £2,750
25-49 employees is £7,250

Once armed with this information, how you take action is up to you. You might have the skills and resources available to go it alone, or you might prefer to have our ongoing support.
